Who we are

- Partner registrations: partnership type, company, contact name, business email, country and consent, plus any optional business information you provide.

Why we use it and our legal basis
We use enquiry details to respond and discuss services; partnership information to evaluate cooperation; and application information and CVs to assess relevant opportunities and contact applicants. We use subscription details to send the updates you request. Usage information helps us understand visits, improve the website and protect our forms from misuse.
Consent is our legal basis for the purposes described here. The forms request your consent for the relevant enquiry or application. Newsletter choices are separate from service enquiries. You can withdraw consent through the contact form.
Where information is stored
Contact, partnership and application records are held by our CRM provider in its EU data centre, acting as our processor. The website also keeps limited submission metadata and delivery/status records to manage requests.
CV uploads are processed temporarily in memory, checked and sent directly to our CRM provider as private files attached to the applicant's contact. CVs are not stored on our web server, in its database or in a public download folder. Authorised staff access them inside the provider's system.
The EU data-centre statement concerns our CRM records. Cookie and analytics information is also processed by the providers of those services.
Cookies and analytics
Our CRM provider, Google tags and LinkedIn Insight use cookies or similar identifiers to measure website use. These tools load automatically on this website. Your browser settings can block or remove cookies; doing so may affect some features. For questions about this processing or to withdraw consent, use the contact form.
How long we keep information
We retain CVs and job applications for 12 months, then delete them. We retain lead and business-enquiry records while the business relationship is active. Subscription data is used for the updates you have chosen until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by submitting a request through the contact form. We may ask for information to verify your identity and protect your data. We handle requests in accordance with the applicable Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our practices or requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
